REST IN PEACE, STANLEY

On Wednesday, September 6th, we gathered to say a fond farewell to
Stan Merricks. The funeral, held at Vinters Park Crematorium, was attended by
his loving wife, Connie, family and many friends.

Stan, who had been a long serving member of Maidstone's Loose Bowls Club
and the Mote Park Indoor Bowls Club (where he spent some time as president),
was also a popular member of Rochester Blind Bowling Group.
Many of our group were present and
we shall all miss his cheery nature and quick humour.
